    Default Internet usage monitoring program

Not sure what else to call it? I want a program that will help me figure out if there is a program clandestinely using my upload bandwidth. The video is 90 percent uploaded to YouTube having taken 71 hours to reach this point. It is a two and a half minute video that may have up to 10 hours left before it finishes uploading.

The AVI file size is 4,143,229 KB.
The video is 2 minutes 45 seconds long.

Here are my current Internet speedtest results

According to this calculator I am uploading just a wee bit slower than the 128Kbps range.

While it does take me several hours to upload a video of this size to YouTube it has never taken more than 10 hours in the past. Which is why I would normally start the upload before I went to bed. It would either be done when I got up or just finishing up.

I do not, Insert your favorite expletive, believe it. It has been raining for two days and over 76 hours into the upload we have a power outage that takes out the neighborhood.

Try starting with this..... at least you’ll be able to see which programs/services are using network resources and you can go from there.....
