    Hi again guys not sure if this sort of info helps but if you where to take of towards the east from Fowlmere (still active i might add) as soon as you are airborne you would be able to see Duxford (now imperial war museum)not more than 4/5 miles east main runway is almost same orientation as Fowlmere PS if the HOOKECKO above is the HOOK of 46th and DRB fame Hi Hook how you doing if not :-[ ~S~

    Hi Booze, no probs mate if you need any info photos ect i sort of live at ground zero BOB speaking 12miles from Hornchurch about the same from North Weald 30 odd from Duxford plus all the satelite airfields including stapleford and Debden which is still there feelfree to ask if i can i will be out with the old box brownie as soon as you like ~S~
