I am an avid fisherman in the Sea of Cortez, and fish when I can fit doing so into my busy 352ndFG schedule. In real life I really am a "persecutor". Well, at least a "prosecutor".

I was out walking my dog one day when a Clay Pigeon from the 352nd swooped by and sat on my shoulder. "Pers", he peeped, "why don't you join our squadron so I will have another target to shoot at?" Now, mind you, I'd been flying CFS since November of '99, on-line since February of 2000, and I've shot down my fair share of birds, so I simply grinned at Clay and kept walking. "No", I muttered under my breath, "been there, done that. I don't need to be in another squad."

"PEEP", Clay hollered back, "this squad is different! This squad is made up of dedicated flyers who take their sport seriously and their honor even more so." "Um hum", thought I. "I've heard THAT before".

"SQUAWK", Clay continued, "at least give it a try! Don't be so darned stuffy and stubborn!!" "Hey", I thought, "I LIKE to be stubborn!!" But I did give it a try, and am I ever glad I did.

The 352nd is as good as Clay said it would be, and even better. A finer bunch of comrades would be hard to find. Humor, honor, solidarity, support, skill, and savagery are all here, in abundance. Humor, honor, and skill most of all.

I'm proud to be a member of the 352nd Fighter Group and proud that the members let me be one of them, but not too proud to shoot them down in flames on any given night!!

If you are honorable, have a good sense of humor, and are looking for comrades of like mind, come give us a try!!
